   • Pre-existing damage or defects
   • Lost or damaged parts due to corrosion, wear, or age
   • Damage due to manufacturer defects outside of standard service
4. I release [It must be the bait], its employees, and agents from any liability for damages, loss, or injury resulting from the maintenance or handling of the reel.
5. I understand that reels not picked up within 30 days of notification of completed service may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

I affirm that I am voluntarily requesting these modifications and assume full responsibility for any risk, damage, or loss resulting from them.

I understand that once modified, the reel may not perform in accordance with the manufacturer’s original specifications and may not be suitable for its original intended use.
